Horrendous

To anyone considering a purchase from Rainham Motor Co, AVOID at all costs. Don't believe me? Ask them for the terms and conditions of their standard 3 month engine and gearbox warranty, which are non existent. If I could give them 0 starts I would, this dealership cost me thousands, I bought a vehicle which developed a dual mass flywheel fault noticeable within a couple of days of ownership, they refused to resolve the issue. The car developed an overcooling fault, they 'fixed' the problem, but on collection the car had the same fault. After inspection at an independent specialist the car also had both rear shock absorbers blown and leaking. Again refused to resolve. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
