I purchased a fiat punto on condition that cam belt was renewed. i received a call from seymour motor company to say that this work had now been done and car was to be delivered the next day. took delivery as agreed and had vehicle checked over by RAC approved technician who confirmed that cam belt had not been renewed as agreed with seymours. rang this company and asked why work was not done. no reason given, not even an apology . instead i was given a £200. reimbursement to have work done by my local garage. feeling very disappointed and will never buy from this garage again.
