Still owes me a large sum of money

Paid Bond Car Sales a large deposit for a car, but before I signed the final paperwork, they changed the conditions of the finance agreement, so I never got the car. But of course they didn't refund me the deposit. Even the finance company told me that the dealer's practice was misleading.
