this is how a dealership should work

My wife and I have been looking to change her car for some time, we were thinking of a Jag XF called a main Dealer in Swindon and were told the Sales person was with another Customer but would call us back soon ,after 3 hours waiting my wife said lets look at Cross Street Garage in Swindon which had A Mercedes CLS in stock, when we arrived we Met Shawn who simply handed the keys to us and said please take a look and see what you think we were impressed with the cars condition and asked for a test drive which not only was it no problem we had the car for over 2 hours to owe self's loved the car were given top money for the part exchange no hassle Shawn made this a very easy and enjoyable experience we picked the car up 3 days later and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car top job.
