Sam Smith Motor Retail has restored my confidence in buying a used car....not that my purchase today looked used - It was spotless inside and out with all the correct paperwork and documents in place. Ben came with me on the test drive, he was professional and knowledgeable, none of the usual chit chat or distraction tactics - he is an absolute credit to the company. Sam completed the same, he too was professional and knowledgeable and he clearly has a passion for his job. I will be recommending Sam to everyone and anyone I know who is looking to buy a car....and if like me, they have to make a 6 hour round trip to ensure they are not sold a monster, then it will be worth every single second!! Sam I wish you every success and it will be you I come to when my latest purchase needs replacing. Thank you
