A strange place

I bought a cat D car from Monza Cars. So far the car's OK but he was so uncooperative and has declined to give me a receipt for it (I forgot it on the day). I've asked him to send it to me politely but he chooses not to reply, so now I've contacted Tradings Standards and it's in their hands now. I wouldn't trust him at all.
