Dreadful

I had a bad experience at One Mini Place. A few years ago. I put down a £500 deposit on a mini but then it emerged that it still had finance owing. The dealer subsequently told me he'd paid the finance off, but by that point I had decided against the purchase. The car didn't have any tax either and the dealer was unable to offer me a solution on that (so my only option would've been to drive it untaxed and uninsured until I bought the tax myself). He refused to refund any of the deposit (which I'd put down only the day before - so it's not like he had lost any business on the car) - and was aggressive and rude. I've not bought a car from a dealer on autotrader since.
