Terrible customer service!!

Booked to go to see a car at City Cars Enfield and then also called in the way. They didn’t get the car out and made us wait 20 minutes to speak to someone who before they had even showed me the car said ‘are you taking it today’ I said I want to look at it and take it fir a test drive. Explained I’d driven over an hour to get her and that I’d been waiting. He said you havent waited long but as it’s raining if your not taking it today you can’t test drive it!! We said leave it and he said ok. Total time wasters!!
