22/6/2018 went to look at a Audi A4 avant auto salesman gave us the key to have a look around the car and start it up came back to us after about 5 minutes wasn’t sure it being automatic anyway he said let’s see what your car is worth came back to car we were looking to buy wife said go for a drive went for short drive still not sure about automatic any way decided to put £300 deposit on car went home thought about it being auto you see I have always driven manual cars and I decided it was not for me so I rang salesman up explained to him i was going to stick with manual cars he said I have just tested it for you so I said to be fair take it off the deposit I gave you he then I will get the boss to ring you so he rings me and explains it is company policy non refundable deposit so I said so there is no goodwill from you he did come over and I will take you out in the car and you will change your mind but I said so there is no goodwill from you really poor just goes to show they are all friendly not the sort of company to deal so if you go to wharfdale motor company make sure you want the car before put a deposit down because they hide behind there company policy so be very wary
