I had what can only be described as a superb experience at Arnold clark"s Toyota car sales at the top of Heathfield rd Ayr when i part exchanged a 54 plate mondeo for a 62 plate nissan note, Hanna the young sales lady was extremely efficient & polite throughout what was a seamless transaction right down to organising new rd tax & refund of old rd tax from DVLA. The new car, "well new to me", recieved new tires, brake discs & pads on the front, serviced + a fresh MOT. To say the least im a very delighted customer & would have no reservation buying another vehicle from this car outlet, the wee car is a delight to drive & im very happy with it.
