Disappointing

I purchased a Renault scenic in June 2018 and within 4 weeks the drivers door would not open and only opens intermittently. I contacted Lidingo cars but received no help at all and was told it was wear and tear. It has now stopped working completely and I am now looking at £200+ to fix the door lock. They seemed genuine when I purchased the vehicle but customer service after this is appalling. Sad to say I would not recommend Lidingo Cars.
