Initial review poor but now okay!
Madeley Heath Motors have friendly staff in sales, car not presented on collection as promised, in fact poor. Clearly the communications between sales and service is an issue, however once identified our dissatisfaction to dealership they couldn't do enough to put matters right. Car was collected and left courtesy car, work undertaken and car returned in a much better condition, the sales manager took a personal interest in our issues. This experience has unfortunately marred what should have been a pleasurable experience, however I have confidence that the dealership do take seriously any adverse reviews.
