Non repair work

Took my car into Go Vauxhall Wimbledon for a very small repair job...was told to be there for 7.30 which I did but was told on arrival that I hadn't been given a time slot so could wait till 5.00 to get the car back..At 3.00 I went in to ask how long it would be and was told that the part required turned out to be defective. I asked why nobody had bothered to call me to tell me this and was told they have up until 5.00 to inform me. There was no apology and no offer of a discount. I told them how poor and shoddy they were and decided not to take them up and re book my car in...Do not go to this place.
