I think it’s quite just that the singular bad review was contradicted by other people defending IWE motors. I can also happily say that although they are not the typical dealership with salesman ready to pounce, what they are is a fantastic family run business who make you feel very at ease, with no pressure to buy but with the benefits you expect from buying from a dealer, namely. after-sales service. We brought a lovely looking Aldi A3 with low mileage and great service history. Unfortunately, after a routine visit to my local garage they discovered a fault which I had rectified. I rang Eila from IWE Motors who was very friendly and understanding refunding us the same day without a quibble. Goes without saying, this would not have been the case had it been a private sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending IWE Motors and would use again in the future. Sean and Niki
