On my annual service report stated front tyres were half worn, had brand new tyres 4 weeks prior to service did not even get brand correct on health check sheet. Also did not lubricate door hinges latches etc as ticked in sheet. Furthermore the next day took my daughters car for service health sheet suggested front tyres below 3mm urgent action required. Were replaced 6 months prior and had 5mm plus on tread. Confronted staff sales manager and director all I got was bring car back for recheck. Not acceptable also contacted by email Rob Barrett ford CEO and director who also could not help. I believe that Allen Ford in Swindon mislead people based off of my experience- do not go any where near them.
