Not been in business for time stated

I purchased a car from Motorcity Walsall in June 2017 within a few miles it broke down .They claimed they repaired it only for it to break down again.I contacted Consumer Service .who told me to reject the car as I did not have to accept further repairs ,They collected it on June 9 from my home and were told that it was not fit for purpose and broke Consumer Act 2015..After they collected the car I now find out they took it into the garage for further repairs.I sent a letter which they acknowledged saying it was Denton June 12th 2017.They wrote back giving the wrong registration of the car ,saying they would not refund me as per Consumer Act 2015.They state that they are a family business and have been in business for over 30 years on one site and 20 years on another ,in fact they were registered at Company House on June 2003 .I have taken them to the County Court and reported them to Company House for misleading the general public .They claim to have a great customer service and great reputation .Which fail to be true They have repaired cars only for the faults to return and some customers like myself have only driven a couple of miles before faults start to appear, some have taken the car back 10 or 11 times and stated that the cars come back with faults yet again.,Some stating that the took the car out 4 times and each time it broke down..I will update after the Court case and my reply from Company House and Trading Standards
