Passat estate

I discovered the car on the internet without any pictures so I called them up and arranged to have a look at VW Direct in Worcester the next day. When I arrived I was met by Dave and Helen who both made me feel very welcome despite coming to see what was probably the cheapest vehicle they had. I was given complete freedom to inspect and test drive it for as long as I wanted. Dave even suggested a route for me that took in plenty of hills and winding lanes to get to know the car. I have to admit that it1 looked fairly tired and unloved as it had just come in as a px but it drove very well and seemed mechanically fine. At this point I wasn't feeling too sure about the car but Dave took me through the history, of which there was a lot, and told me a bit of the back ground of the vehicle. Still not 100% sure, Dave offered to have the body work sorted out and repainted and give the whole car a top to bottom valet for a very reasonable extra cost so I went for it. When I arrived a week or so later to collect the car I almost walked past it as the work they had done completely transformed it. I could not be happier with the car and the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use & recommend VW Direct in the future.
