Two hour wait for a 15 minute health check at Cooper Mini Thames Ditton. Private professional polish stripped after a wash Car booked in for comp valet due to above . Got car back good valet still no polish and airbag light on at hand over. 8 minutes wrangle with receptionist to get email for dealer principle to complain. Back to dealer car inspected agreed on a polish and repair airbag light. Back to dealer to collect comp car and leave mine there.. 20 mins to look for comp car couldn’t find it gone to search for another in 30 degree heat no seating in Mini reception ground floor no water just left hanging around. Disgusted fed up with lack of professionalism lack of communication Lack of regard for customer safety.. 3 times left dealership with airbag light on with them aware, lack of manners lack of politeness.. dealer principal Andy Amiss apologised and is well aware of poor situation as is Dominic Strickland both saying trying to improve... not my issue as a customer all this has done has turned me away as another complaint racks up against them. Main dealer with untrained staff in quality customer service. Be warned.
