Shocking Service
My car was recently serviced at Westerly BMW, Bridgwater, whilst in for a service and MOT the car was damaged on the passenger door. I took the car back and was told service manager not available and will be in touch -after chasing again he said it was checked in on arrival, not that this was done with me present! And it was not their fault - escalated to BMW and they said the dispute has to be between BMW and myself - I have asked for feedback from Westerly but nothing happening or looks like it will......... please be very if you leave your car at the dealership as seems easier to sweep problems away than address them - wont be changing the car next year now with Westerly Garages Heston and wont be using them for any more servicing
