Poor, poor, poor.
Terrible experience with Prenton Motor Company. Would not recommend at all. Purchased first car. Took it back after 3 weeks for a problem that was supposed to be ‘repaired’ after I initially found the problem 4 days after purchase and taking it back. Took 2 and a half weeks for it to be fixed, after them giving me a day it’ll be sorted and the car not being fixed on that specific day. Insisted refund. Owner took the piss and as long as legally possible to make as much as an inconvenience he could for me. Customer service was terrible. Much much better used car dealerships out there. JOKE.
