Great at the sales patter, useless after

We bought a Vauxhall vivaro as a work van from Express Motors Leicester, paid over £4000, vehicle didn't even make the journey home of 20 miles. The sweet old man who sold us the van turned into an angry little man, was given a 6 month warranty that might as well be used to wipe your backside, we've been left in debt with my husband not being able to work.
