Friendly, Helpful, No Pressure.

I visited Wylam Garage Hexham today to kick the tyres of a new Nissan Leaf, as I have the opportunity to take one on Lease through work. I explained this to the salesman, and even though he was aware that there was no sale to be made, he went out of his way to talk to me about the vehicle and take me out for a drive. This must be the nicest salesman in the nicest garage in the north!
