The staff at Pain Car Sales are helpful here without being intrusive and it all felt friendly and laid back. They have a good selection of roughly 3 - 6 year old cars which all look in showroom condition. The sticker prices are not unreasonable, and noticeably less than manufacturer approved from dealers. We appreciated walking in off the street, asking about a car we were interested in and driving off in it for a test drive a few minutes later with only ourselves for company. The buying process was great. Thank you Andrew. There was no hassle or pressure to take on finance or extended warranties and they offered us a fair trade in price on our old car. In fact all their cars come with an RAC warranty, a decent length of MOT, and a free service. The service means you have to wait a few days to collect your vehicle but I don’t mind that. We generally felt well looked after and confident in the company. I can’t comment much on aftercare (touch wood), but I did contact them the following week to clarify some of the paperwork, and they were just as helpful as before they'd got my money. I would definitely use them again.
