Spoke to Sam at Metro Cars London over the phone as a photo of rear quarter looked fillered but was assured it was a small dent. So I travelled from Essex to Chesham to see the MB CLS reg: HY11 KYB, and put my magnet paint pen on the rear quarter and was full of filler and door Cill creased, so when I brought this to Sams attention his tonality changed instantly and was told to keep my voice down or he will shove my tongue down my throat as there was another customer who was witnessing what was going on, I was then approached by his partner a 6ft bearded man with closed fists threatening me, so as I was calling 999 and explaining the scenario to tr operator Sam picked up my foldable bike and threw it damaging the bike. They refused to refund deposit even after saying refundable if I don't like car for any reason. Sam and his partners will say whatever it takes to take your money. #why would you treat people like this?
