Good initial service

Very good initial service when we purchased our vehicle from Suffolk Trade Centre back in April 18. The after care from the company is shocking with very poor communication! I took the vehicle back for work under warranty and they have now had my vehicle for 2 weeks and we are still unaware when we will be getting it back... I brought the vehicle to tow which I do daily and the courtesy car I have is a tiny little thing which means I’m unable to carry out my job correctly.
