Part exchange valuation

After part exchanging my car for another Infiniti of lesser value I have now found out that Infiniti Leeds have put a £3500 mark up and also made me pay an additional £1000 for the car I purchased. I understand that dealers need to make a profit but feel ripped off by this dealer, I was made promises when buying and these have still not been fulfilled, I have had to chase all manuals that were not with the car and will probably never have any dealings with Infiniti leeds again. they seem to be everything bad about car dealers. I have always thought purchasing from a maindealer was the correct way of buying and have done this many times previously and seen my old cars selling for approx £1000 -£1500 profit but £4500 is taking the mick and I hope this dealer contacts myself to try and make right.
