Poor Service

Made an appointment to view a car at Luckington Prestige Cars and had verbal price agreement. Travelled 2 hours to location only to find the car had been sold!! They had sent me a text earlier stating that the car had been sold and tried to call however, however using the phone whilst driving is illegal. Trying to contact me is in my view irrelevant. I was lead to believed that I had an appointment, as such has first refusal over the car based on a conversation and gentleman’s agreement as such had no reason to suspect that the car would be sold prior to my arrival. They did when I contacted them provide a half-hearted apology. Very poor organisational skills, very poor customer service. I would suggest that if you deal with these people please ensure, as far as you can, that no other potential vendors are booked prior to you appointment. I would advise these guys to branch out into the estate agency business they would clean up!
