Make sure you get everything you need before handing over the money. After sales service very poor indeed. I forgot to ask for the spare key and try as I may, I could never get a response from them. It was always someone else's responsibility and that person was never in. Even though I asked for the message to be passed on - my numerous calls were never returned - just not interested.
