Very bad experience

Bad service from Motor City Birmingham. I bought a Mercedes A class (CE13 LZf - currently listed again) from them, worse decision but lucky 14 day cool off allowed me to reverse my deal. I was told no service was needed but waiting on paperwork to prove it. Car wasn’t even clean on collection plus on redlight. When driving home the car home on collecting the gearbox went, service light 2400 overdue. I gave them 7 days to rectify to which it wasn’t and I wasn’t contacted, I had to chase and check up daily for updates. Plus no mileage history, I don’t know why I trusted this garage in the 1st place but I would stay well clear. Wouldn’t want someone to experience the ballache of a situation I have. Finally I have had the fund returned and can say I would never recommend the garage.. always read reviews! Also avoid that specific a class too!
