Poor aftercare

Bought my car eighteen months ago. Pay monthly into the service scheme. Can not get a service, had I not been in the scheme I wonder if I'd of got an appointment? As they appear to already have my money they aren't so quick to be helping me get a service. Contacted them two weeks ago to cancel so I can get my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I was assured the cheque was in the post. I am having to ask my bank to do a visa charge back as they have no intention of giving either my car a service or a refund of the already paid monies. Won't be buying another car off them.
