Very helpful

I've just bought a BMW 320d Sport tourer from Wollason Motors, and I found their assistant Prem D very helpful and informative. The car is a delight to drive, but I dislike the written manual. It's over complex, and clearly written by an engineer with very limited communication skills. Nevertheless, Prem has been helpful in talking me through the idrive system and has happily taken my calls when I need guidance on using the system. It's very reassuring to know I can call the dealership i.e. Prem when I need guidance.
