Not great

Long story short, sold us a red astra convertible that developed a fault within days of purchasing he had the car in 3 times, the first time he just cleared the light off, then we called again and he gave me his word it would be fixed the week after or a refund will be given. The car was not fixed and he refused to give us a refund! We paid £1900 eventually he said the best he could do was £1500, we eventually managed to get £1700 back, a £200 loss to a fault that wasn’t our fault! £200 is a lot of money to lose in the space of 2 weeks! £200 to him is a drop in the ocean. Be warned....
