Terrible company . Avoid at all costs !

I purchased a black bmw x3 m sport 2.0 litre . Worst thing I ever did . Luckily it's through a finance company an I stand a chance of getting my money back . The day I picked the car up the trouble started . Got 20 miles down the road and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ! Breaks were shocking massive vibration under braking . 4x4 light came on under investigation it turns out that it's rear diff is shot and needs replacing at a cost running into the thousands. Airbag lights on ! Glow plugs are crap as the car smokes like he'll on start up . Two back tyres are barely legal . They have polished out an awful scrape on the passenger side The more I washed the car the more it came out . I took it back to him and he had the car for 2 weeks saying he will fix it 100% . He didn't do an absolute thing to it ... sorry he put new brake pads on over worn disks which hasn't stoped the vibration . And now he is being difficult with the finance company because I have rejected the death trap . Total shambles of a dealer with no regard to anybody's safety .
