Rubbish truly beyond belief

I spoke to the saleman tuesday to test drive a car wednesday morning. I arrive no one knows im coming. Took 15 mins foe anyone to even ask why i was just standing in the middle of their showroom. I then finally speak to some who takes forever to sort the car and paperwork out. To be honest i spent more time doing the paperwork to go on a test drive than i did test driving the car. It had not been prepped for the test. The brakes were all rusty and grindy. The windscreen was cracked on the drivers side. Mirror was also broken. Which the salesman never mentioned the day before. I told them what i wanted sorting and that i wasnt prepared to pay what they had verbally agreed car unseen as it wasnt as described had a nice cover of dirt all over and marks and scratches galore and the interior wasnt very clean and they refusedmy offer which was £200 less than what was discussed on a £6.4k car. No new mot as it had till april 2019 and its now almost july 2018. No service as it was done in march although it had a stamp but no date or what it had done to it. Brakes needed attention. Air con didnt work. All this on a 3 year old retail car with 45k.miles on the clock from a main approved dealer it was shocking to be honest i walked away as they were a joke and didn't seem bothered about my cash i wanted to spend on a ibiza fr. So there you go beware of their awful customer service and not very retail worthy vehicles. Stoke seat worst customer service
