After Sales is non existent

I have bought 3 cars from these guys and the last car I bought was not running correctly so I went back and they refused to even look at it, stating that it is probably a service issue and they won't look at it. 3 times I went back and each time they refused to look at it stating they are not a garage. The car would over heat and splutter water within a few miles of use so it wasn't fit for purpose. I took it to a garage that I always use and they struggled to find the problem, they replaced the water pump, radiator and all pipes and still the same problem, they have had to contact the manufacturer and they informed the garage that the car was recalled last year with a Thermostat issue but the car had not been presented. I was not informed of this by the salesman. The car is still in the garage getting fixed, it has cost me £350 up to now and I don't know what the final cost will be once fixed, been told now that the fault may have caused damage to the head gasket. I would not recommend using these guys at all, great customer service for buying the car but once they have made the sale they do no want to know.
