sold faulty car

Car bought March 18 by June 18 new gearbox, diff, beRings, clutch total £1000 for repairs contacted trader and told basically it’s my own fault for driving it!! Garage repaired said it must have been faulty for a while so basically sold a faulty car. Trader said to take him to court if I wished. And was very rude Steer clear of this trader!!
