Beware of the FREE for life offers for MOTs, that is offered as part of your purchase deal. This is NOT honoured by FREEBORN CITROEN once your car is 3 years old, even though servicing has been completed by the main dealer. Very poor customer service by a major car dealer. Our vehicle will now be serviced and MOT'd away from FREEBORN , and we will not be a future customer. ********************Update on the FREE MOT for life of ownership of a CITROEN . Eventually I was contacted about the review left by Citroen Motor village Stadium Southampton. Still no real offer to abide by their MOT offer or a refund on what we paid for the MOT. Just more confusion on their MOT.charges. We have stated that we will no longer have our car serviced by them as the dealership, their attitude to customers is not a HAPPY experience and they charge a premium for BAD SERVICE.
