Shocking after sales service.

The day we come for the car we were given all of the hospitality and then some....great we thought. Once the deal was signed and they had the finance arranged it was all different. It took weeks for a simple wing mirror cover to be provided as promised during the sale....shocking.....but the log book, well that is another story.....bought the car in March, now in late June I'm calling to ask why no log book exists......considering I went into the office and completed the required papers......never again would I bother here, shambolic!
