Not impressed with service

Purchased a Kia Rio Diesel. Service book in car was not for ours. Clearly had previous car reg crossed out and ours written in pen. Car radio didn’t work seen by a service tech who booked in with courtesy car. On the day no record of job booked in and no courtesy car. Also pointed out that car was serviced when I purchased it and oil level is seriously high. First impressions of furrows service department is not very good. Will be contacting Kia directly. Further servicing will be with a Kia dealership else wher
