Rydal Motors are an excellent all round business to deal with, from the start to finish. Their full team from the manager to the office staff and even the gentleman washing the cars were all so polite and helpful. They even sorted all my paperwork out from title deeds to tax and also extending an existing MOT, preparation work on the car, so it would be ready with any work needed, being done at no cost to me. Brilliant service. John is always calm and reassuring on the phone when talking to him and his team too. Their staff even drove out to me to assist me when I was unsure about some technical key fuelling access, when I drove away after purchasing the vehicle . Great backup support. All their team are good communicators and they don't leave you hanging on the phone, but very much the opposite , they deal with your queries straight away and have solutions to your queries and answers to your question which are accurate direct and useful, which all in all make for a smooth , confident purchase.
