After part exchanging a Honda CRV which was in excellent condition for a BMW convertible and providing as requested a part service history this thurby feeling was we will not provide you with a warranty as promised a breakdown cover and a spare key?even after they had sold the Honda CRV and made a huge profit they had provided the new owner with my address wher he contacted me for more service history on this vehicle, I contacted them and had the phone put down when questioning their methods of providing contact details for myself and where. Is my warranty and breakdown cover and spare key as promised by there thurby experience only to receive a response that we will not be providing any of these bearing in mind they had now sold my Honda CRV at a huge profit they were not going to provide what they had a greed to this was very disappointing makes you feel they want to sell a car but not provide the full service they have a greed too This is a dealer who is happy to sell you a car but not provide an after service My car that I bought had to be taken to a BMW dealer as it had a problem with a disconnected plug and was stalling in traffic even though Thurby claim they have a BMW mechanic who has serviced the car. I would not trust them to buy another car from and suggest looking to a trusted garage who provide what they say they will do.
