I had very bad experience with this dealer. Bought a mercedez c class from UMZI car Ilford in June 2018 and found out next day that car had mechanical issues, returned the car back immediately for repairs according to warranty and for two weeks they did nothing. I eventually took car after failed promises and found out car worth £2,600 less of what was sold to me. Bad customer services. I phoned and sent text several times but got no response. I was in tears in their office when I found out I had been defrauded. I will never recommend anyone to buy car from this dealer.
