Terrible service

I bought a car from this dealership a month ago. I paid £4000 for the car. The first day I had it the car would not start. AA were called and we had to have a new battery. Two days later the car kept cutting out every time I used the brakes. The last time was on a roundabout, which was obviously dangerous. I immediately took the car to Kwik Fit for a full inspection as alarm bells were obviously ringing. They did the inspection and said the car need £800 spent on it. There was a serious problem with the brakes and the whole of the underneath of the car was corroded. We phoned the dealer who said he would take the car back but didn’t have any money at the moment!! We waited a week to no avail and then contacted trading standards. They told us under the sale of goods act we were entitled to a full refund. We sent a letter recorded delivery stating this. This was ignored. So we contacted TS again who said as we hadn’t had our money back within 2 weeks they were escalating the case from Civil to Criminal. We contacted the dealer again who once more ignored us. So a last phone call today which was again ignored so now the next stage is a CCJ. We will be starting this on a Monday. So decide for yourself, would you buy a car from these people? Believe me you may as well throw your hard earned cash down the drain.
