The first thing that struck me was how friendly Richard was. A friendly handshake and passed to look at the car at my leisure. No pressure. He answered a few questions and let me take a test drive. The car was in great condition. We agreed on a fee. 12 months mot and 6 months warranty. Perfect. When I came to pick the car up I was picked up at the station and signed the documents. The car looked and drove great. A very friendly and positive experience with no pressure. Perfect.
