Really outstanding service

Two weeks ago, we did a trade in deal with Banchory Car Centre. We had spoken to a few other dealers in Aberdeen and Dundee over the last few weeks over several other possible purchases but were not happy at all with their approach and level of knowledge about the cars they were selling and actually so bad that I even considered just going to a car auction. But Banchory Car Centre were amazing. I've been driving since 1981 and I've never encountered such good sevice. in dealing with someone who actually has real knowledge and interest in cars and real pride and care over their level of service. They were very attentive and went to great lengths in resolving some minor squeaks (tailgate) and knocks ( bushings ) before handing the car over. I should add that the trade in price and purchase price was competitive compared to other dealers that treat you like a god in the selling process and then go into hiding if something goes wrong. Truly outstanding.
