Made arrangements to view a particular car with James at priests chesham ford , told him what time i would be there , took a half day off work and asked him to let me know if for any reason the car would not be available as i was driving a long way ,(35 miles) . you guessed it, the car wasnt there, i asked for the manager and he was|nt available either. so thats me probably 100 quid out of pocket, never again.
