I am sharing my experience with this company to hopefully stop others making the mistake i made. I bought a focus rs from them last week, the car was described as immaculate both on the phone and on their website and the photos looked good. It was also priced as an immaculate car for that model. Having put a deposit down over the phone based on the description i was given,i was expecting a car that needed nothing. However a day after getting it home i have found many issues, the worst being rust on the arches. I contacted jarrod the director who was very rude and unprofessional. He told me it was my fault for not noticing on the day and to deal with it and i should expect that on a 5 year old car! He also used an excuse of having to put tyres on my part ex.They were all totally legal and all 4mm or above. No customer service at all. A very very shady dealership. The way i was handled on the day was beyond a joke and i should of walked away. I have since initiated legal proceedings against this company and the director because i was advised by citizens advice that they have broken the sales of goods act. This is by far the worst experience i have had with a dealership and my advice would be to do your research and look for a dealer with lots of good reviews....
