Stoubridge branch

Went to the Evans Halshaw Stourbridge branch to enquire about trading in my car for one in stock took description of my car . Said would ring me but did not. Rang them next day . Said some one would get back to me did not . Do thay want to sell cars . I'll go elsewhere. Bad service at Stourbridge. Staff did not appear to be bothered.
