Superlative buying experience.

We were looking for a lightly used Autosleeper Warwick XL and saw one advertised at AEG Stourbridge that fitted the bill. After contacting Stuart in the Sales Dept. an appointment was made for a viewing, this experience was a pleasure as Stuart certainly knew his product but on a couple of questions where he was unsure of the answer, went away to find out rather than guessing. This sort of "care" instills confidence in a customer, especially important when you're spending a considerable amount of money. The steering wheel on the motorhome was of the polypropylene type and I know of a leather specialist about 20 miles away who could retrim it. AEG removed the wheel, and Sales Manager Andrew dropped it off and collected a few days later, that is way beyond good service! On collection of the vehicle the valetting was meticulous, it could pass for factory fresh. Stuart had all the documentation ready and prepared and even the vehicle water tank had been filled in preparation. To summarise, a professional and excellent buying experience, highly commendable!
