A great car from a great dealer!

I’d been looking for a Z4 for a few months but beginning to get fed up with descriptions on the internet not meeting the reality, appointments missed, rushed test drives and a general lack of knowledge about the product. With low expectations I made an internet enquiry last Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised with a call back within the hour. I showed up later that morning for a test drive. The car was ready and waiting, beatifully presented and for once, accurately matching the description. James spent a long time with me looking at the car, the paperwork and then out for a long test drive. I had another 2 cars to see later that afternoon so left agreeing to call back later that afternoon. My next appointment reverted to type. 5 minutes after leaving that one I’d had enough so called James and we did the deal. The next morning I arrived, paid for and collected the car. The process was quick, smooth and professional. I was on the road within 30 minutes without any guff. Frankly, I can’t see myself wanting to deal with anyone else for a used vehicle. Thanks gents, you made my weekend and the car is an absolute gem.
